Once you select which hair replacement system you'd like to use, Kim will take a hair sample in order to get an exact color match, create a custom mold of your scalp for a perfect fit and accurate placement, and determine an installation and maintenance schedule. A 50% non-refundable deposit* is required to begin hair replacement service, with the remaining 50% due at the time of your installation appointment. All appointments take place in the privacy of Kim's Salon Suite. *Due to the nature of this hyper-personalized service, the deposit is non-refundable.
